The tubing constantly falls off the tees. How can this failure be corrected?

Your water pressure is too high. Vinyl tubing such as this is MUCH easier to install but is not as tight a fit as polyethylene. I switched over to poly but needed to use a heat gun (a lighter will do in a pinch) to soften the ends and install on the drip fittings. Your mileage may vary, but that's my $0.02
