This is an excellent alternative; the 25% undecylenic acid concentration is noticeable. It's one of the highest concentrations I've found without a prescription, and it truly attacks the fungus at its root. I love that it includes the nail files and applicators. Filing the surface of the nail slightly before applying the liquid is key for better product penetration. It doesn't leave a greasy or sticky feeling for long, which is ideal for putting on socks quickly.

This is my personal results product does slow the fungus down but hasn't cure it, with two full bottles used and constant cleaning, trimming and daily applications under and over nail, there's no new clean growth, nails stay cleaner and definitely helps with harden build up but not total cure.

READ ALL Overshare but you’ll want to know: I had one toe, big one, and the stripe of what I thought was something else went top to bottom. So, used this product. And it’s gone. What you need to know: 1. Use TWICE a day. After morning shower and then at night before bed. 2. Get a good file - the one they provide will wear out quickly. 3. File EVERYTHING- the nail like normal but then over the top too!! Leave nowhere for it to hide. 4. Apply and leave to dry before you put any socks on. 5. BE PATIENT!!! You will need to apply and then let it grow out at the same time. Plan on 6 months and then, when you think you have it all, go another month! Remember, you are killing it, but it has to grow ALL the way out too! 6. If 3 months go by and you are making NO progress- go to a doctor. You should probably do that first anyway. Hope this helps!!

You will need to be patient and consistent, but this stuff really works. A little over a year to the day of my first application of this product and my fungus is completely gone. If you use the included file regularly and trim your toenail as soon as it gets long enough, this will speed up your progress. If your infection is deep or started at the cuticle like mine did it may take more time to work. Be patient, follow the package instructions, and it will heal! Though the fungus/damaged nail took some time to heal, the pain went away fairly quickly into using this stuff. I had terrible redness and swelling around my entire nail and that improved within the first week. Within the first month I would say the pain, swelling, and redness was gone entirely. I am now using this for prevention only (package instructions do mention you can use it this way). Highly highly recommend!
