I really like these noodles. It’s a great way to have a low-calorie meal and feel full. It has a certain texture that some people may not like, it reminds me of fish cake as far as texture. So it’s a little springy when you chew. Great in soups or just to eat noodles. I have not found that it takes on the flavor of the chicken broth, I cook it in nor does it seem to take on the color of the broth. But perhaps if you soaked it in a curry sauce or cooked it in a curry sauce it might.

My batch was probably bad despite still having a good best by date on the box. I'm so confused at the texture. I'm not new to shirataki noodles at all. Straight out the package the noodles were stiff? I thought okay maybe the udon style is different and it will soften once you cook it for a few minutes. It never softened. If you watch the video that was after it has been boiling for 20 minutes!!! It's like trying to chew rubber bands. It even stretched and snapped back like one!! That's not normal. It was so strange!!!! The product can not be returned, but you can contact customer service and explain and should be able to get your money back.

I bought two boxes of these konjac udon noodles. I can’t find the udon ones in any of the Asian groceries around me and I really wanted this shape and texture. I’ve been making an udon soup for the last several days and I’m very happy with this. It’s light and filling. Fairly tasteless, which works fine, as the broth and other ingredients I use are flavorful. I’ve been adding vegetarian mushroom sauce, zucchini, red onion, and vegan chorizo to the noodles and some boiling water. 5 minutes in the microwave and it’s an easy and tasty meal. Spinach would be great in it, too, as would tofu. So many options.

Just an fyi , maybe I didn’t read the description, they are very fat thick noodles, not the usual flat or spaghetti shape that I’ve come to expect with shirataki. Single size packets, taste as expected.

We like konjac noodles, but the texture of these were odd compared to other, thinner konjac noodles. I think perhaps it was because they are so thick. We were not fans of these.

I really like these. I wasn't a fan of the skinnier noodles in this variety; they're really hard to get on a fork. However, this are much bigger and thicker, and they have a great chewy texture that I like. I'll definitely be repurchasing the udon version of these.

I've purchase these under the assumption that they would taste more like a noodle. However, they don't, they taste more like rubber bands with no taste. But I do not recommend this product unless you're super desperate for something that is flat
