Surely nothing you want to wear to show off. But when you want to make a statement then it is a great deal. This really beautiful piece of jewelry is gorgeous. For less than 10 $ it is a steal. It doesn’t look super cheap. You could get a set in target for 20$.

Way too small to even see the detail, can't even tell that it's supposed to be a Phoenix. Not even going to bother wearing it, just going to get my $7 back.
