Question 1

What labels and ink rollers are compatible with the Perco Lite price gun?

Accepted Answer

The Perco Lite price gun is designed to work exclusively with Perco 1-Line labels and Perco Lite ink rollers. For the best fit and print quality, we recommend using genuine Perco-compatible supplies.

Question 2

How do I load labels and replace the ink roller?

Accepted Answer

We've made it easy! A step-by-step instructional video showing how to load labels and replace the ink roller is available in this listing. Simply scroll through the product images or videos to watch the guide.

Question 3

Why isn't my price gun printing clearly or stamping every label?

Accepted Answer

If the print is light, incomplete, or missing characters, the ink roller may need to be replaced. Also, please verify that you're using a Perco Lite ink roller with your Perco Lite price gun, as incompatible ink rollers may affect print quality.

Question 4

My price gun arrived with labels and an ink roller already installed. Is it used?

Accepted Answer

No. Every Perco gun is pre-loaded with labels and an ink roller before shipping to verify proper operation and make it ready to use right out of the box. It may appear used, but it has only been and inspected as part of our quality check process.

Question 5

Accepted Answer

The Perco Lite gun is designed for light-duty and occasional labeling. It's ideal for garage sales, flea markets, craft fairs, pop-up shops, and seasonal events, offering a lightweight and convenient solution for everyday pricing tasks.
