Yes. Good for outlining art. Just remember they are also water-based n not water resistant if water gets spilled on the art. Always use a spray sealer on completed art when using water based markers. All art even pencil n charcoal n pastels you should always seal with spray sealers to prevent smudging bleeding etc to protect them once done.
