How can I get a replacement charging cord for this monitor?

Hello, here is the replacement charging cord for the monitor (handheld screen): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08167XGK8?ref=myi_title_dp. And this one is for the camera (baby unit): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C4SRC9Y?ref=myi_title_dp. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at our gmail, account name is moonybabyamazon. Thank you. Moonybaby Support Team

The base unit stopped charging and it has only been a year. Any advice?

Did you get a warranty? If so try contacting them and even if you didnt try to contact them. Maybe can buy a new unit

Power button stopped working

I purchased it in September but only started using it in January and now the power button is not working. I will be contacting them to their gmail account

Can both the camaras and monitors just be left plugged in for use or does one require the battery to operate?

Hello, Thanks for your asking. Since there is no battery in the camera unit, when using it, you have to plug the camera unit into the charger to make sure it can be powered on. For the monitor (parent unit), since there is one battery in it, when using it, please make sure the monitor is fully charged so that you can unplug it and wake around the house without the charger. Thank you. In case of any questions, please feel free to contact us through our gmail account named moonybabyamazon Best regards, Nick Shaw Premium Customer Service Supervisor Moonybaby Support Team
